Our mission The Union Park Neighborhood Association is a non-profit association of all the residents of Union Park, Union Park and Upton Streets and adjacent cross streets. The purpose of the association is to act as a unified voice representing the interests of the residents with respect to issues and activities affecting our neighborhood.
